Paper prints use glossy photo paper.

You must notify us of a problem within 14 days of delivery. Please use the Contact form and include the order number and description of the issue.
We will work with you to rectify the issue and determine if a free reprint for a damaged print or a refund is needed.
Items for a refund must be received undamaged, in unused condition and in their original packaging. We will provide a free return shipping label. There is a 15% restocking fee.
