Iguazu Falls was another bucket list item for Mark and Joan. These falls span two countries, Iguazu Falls (Spanish - Argentina) and Iguacu Falls (Portuguese - Brazil). We had a 2-day private tour with first day visiting the Brazil side and the second day visiting the Argentina side. The Argentina side is the bigger of the two sides with ~80% of the falls. The Brazil side offers short, easy walking paths with wide, panoramic views of the entire waterfall system while the Argentina side lets you walk right above and beside the rushing water. The town we stayed in was Foz de Iguacu, Brazil which had a population of 260,00 people and look to be very modern from what we did see (big modern mall with well-known US fast food places).
